What settings on my computer should I check if I am having problems connecting to Library resources?


Make sure that all your pop-up blockers are off and cookies are allowed. You may need to clear your cookies and cache/history. Check to see if you have the most current versions of programs such as Adobe Reader and Java. If you are still having connection issues, be sure to contact the Reference desk.
